My overall stay was 10/10 from the cleanliness of the hotel to the friendliness of the staff. The hotel's location is central in that it was just footsteps away from the local restaurants/bar. I would most definitely revisit.

The hotel exceeded our expectations! The rooms are confortable, clean, modern. Easy walking distance from the main attractions of beautiful Old Quebec. We loved our stay. The staff has wonderful customer service and some of them speak English, French and Spanish and they are very kind and polite. The restaurant in the hotel is excellent as well. This hotel is highly recommended.

Situated in the heart of downtown Montreal, and only minutes from many area attractions, the historic Manoir Sherbrooke blends old-world charm with all of today's modern conveniences. Staff were very friendly and supportive. The hotel was originally three separate buildings that were combined as a hotel at a later time. The interior design is stunning.

The breakfast was delicious. I have stayed at all of the hotels in Gaspé over the past 3 years and this is, by far, the nicest hotel.

Specially the communication held by the staff, very friendly and supportive. Will definitely visit them again in the near future.

Hotel was excellent and in a great location in Old Quebec City. The hostess was available whenever we called and was incredibly nice and helpful. Room was warm, spacious, and clean. Included breakfast is simple but very good with coffee/tea, bread, cheese, eggs, and cereals. Overall excellent stay!
