Third stay. Always a warm welcome from ladies on reception and during breakfast. Excellent stylish, comfortable hotel at a fair price. Easy one stop on bus 30 outside hotel to Basel SBB and on to airport. Perfect overnight stop. Old town Basel just down steps behind hotel.

The Hotel Alexander is located right at the Messe Basel fairgrounds and the Congress Centre, a 7-minute ride from the centre of Basel. The tram stop is right outside. Free Wi-Fi is available. Staff was friendly, room was clean, breakfast was fine :)

Hostel Basel Backpack sídlí ve zrekonstruované historické továrně, pouhých 10 minut od hlavního vlakového nádraží v Basileji. We liked everything. Great spot with kids. Superb.

The Central City Hotel Rochat is housed in a historic, listed building in the old town of Basel. Location was perfect. Large room, fantastic bathroom, great brunch. Staff was very friendly.

Hotel Schweizerhof enjoys a preferred location in the centre of Basel, next to the SBB train station and is easily accessible by car and public transport. Local phone calls are free. This is my third time in this hotel. Always so agreeable!!!!

Situated in a historic building in central Basel, Euler Hotel is opposite the SBB Train Station. Guests receive a Mobility Ticket, granting free access to all means of public transport. Great experience. Far better than we had in Mulhouse on our stop to Colmar. Basel and this hotel in contrast were wonderfully organized and welcoming. Only problem that i had was the noise of the trams right under our window but not enough to hinder our sleep after a tiring day of exploring the city.

The Hotel Krafft Basel and restaurant can be found in the heart of the city, right on the bank of the Rhine river with its Mediterranean-style promenade. What was not to like. Excellent location on the banks of the Rhein. Great communication beforehand, which made getting to the hotel to from the airport very easy. Staff were all super friendly and couldn't help enough with any issues or questions. Room clean, tidy, comfortable and more than adequate. Breakfast to die for 😍 everything from cereals, fruits, juices, breads, cold meats, cheeses, sausages, hummus, salad, eggs (fantastic egg scrambling machine) and even make your own waffles. Basel was a beautiful city. Interesting to see, everyone very friendly. Eating out was great too. Would thoroughly recommend a trip to Basel and definitely stay at the Krafft Basel Hotel. You will not be disappointed.
