Hið fjölskyldurekna Hotel Staubbach er eitt af fyrstu hótelum í Lauterbrunnen og býður upp á víðáttumikið útsýni yfir Staubbach-fossinn og Lauterbrunnen-dalinn. The hotel is placed at the perfect location and is super convenient. The staff, especially Adam is super kind and helpful and gave good recommendations. Breakfast is decent.

The family-run Hotel Alpina right in the heart of the car-free resort of Mürren offers you a unique location and spectacular views over the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau mountains. You’ll have an unforgettable, breathtaking view just in front of you, and you’ll never get tired of watching it. The staffs are super friendly, and hardworking. Breakfast is 10/10, served with your preferred hot drink. The location is super nice and Mürren is the loveliest place I’ve been in Switzerland. Overall, the experience was so nice that it will be a lifelong treasure.

Cosy and relaxed Eiger Guesthouse is located opposite the BLM train station in Mürren, with a splendid view of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau Mountains. The room was fantastic. The view was great. My children loved the bunkbeds.

Hirschen is situated in a 17th century landmark building located in Interlaken. This hotel features a garden and free WiFi throughout the property. The hotel staff made us feel like home. If I could stay few more days I could even call the lady in reception “mum”. :)

Featuring a restaurant, Restaurant & Hotel Schlossberg is located in Thun. Guests can enjoy a small wellness area including a sauna, steam bath, hot tub and some loungers on site. I usually don’t write reviews for hotels, but this experience truly deserves recognition. Yannick went above and beyond in every possible way. From the moment we arrived, he was exceptionally warm, kind, and friendly—so much so that it felt like he already knew us. His hospitality made us feel instantly at home. What stood out most was his patience and attentiveness. I had many questions throughout our stay, and he always responded with a smile and clear, thoughtful explanations. His professionalism and kindness made a real difference. I also want to mention how welcoming the owner was. I had previously stayed here last year without my mother, and the staff were already very friendly and accommodating. However, during this recent visit—with my mother, who wears a hijab—I was genuinely touched to find that they were even more welcoming and respectful. I had some initial concerns that we might feel out of place, but instead, we were treated with the utmost kindness and warmth. It was a beautiful and reassuring experience that made us feel truly seen and respected. I’m very grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a welcoming and thoughtful environment.

Hotel Schönegg er 3 stjörnu úrvalshótel sem er staðsett í miðbæ Wengen, þar sem bílaumferð er bönnuð, en það er aðeins hægt að komast þangað með lest. A superb Hotel in a perfect location. ALL staff were helpful and friendly. The view from our room was beautiful.

Hið 4-stjörnu Hotel Victoria er staðsett í 100 metra fjarlægð frá lestarstöðinni í Meiringen. The hotel staff (and gifts) made us feel very welcome. The design was luxurious, we had everything we needed after a long day of trekking and the breakfast was the best we had in Switzerland!

The Grandhotel Giessbach is a historic house from 1874 and enjoys a secluded position on a hill above Lake Brienz amid a 22-hectare park. The few days we spent at Grandhotel Giessbach were truly like a dream. The hotel’s stunning natural scenery, historical architecture, and peaceful atmosphere captivated us from the very first moment. Everything was thoughtfully planned and flawless. However, one of the most important details that made our stay so special was meeting Kris Jungo, who works at the Front Office. Kris was incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. He made us feel right at home. He patiently answered all our questions and enhanced our vacation with his recommendations, making it much more enjoyable. Kris’s professionalism and warmth were a wonderful reflection of Grandhotel Giessbach’s quality. Staying at this hotel is not only a peaceful getaway but also an opportunity to meet wonderful people. We wholeheartedly thank the Grandhotel Giessbach team, and especially Kris, for this amazing experience. Hoping to see you again soon!

Built in 1881, the family-run Hotel Alpenrose is the oldest hotel in the car-free Wengen, which is only reachable by train, and offers you completely renovated rooms in a traditional Alpine style and... The apartment reserved for my family is super spacious. The mountain and valley view from balcony is splendid. We were impressed by the hospitality from the hotel, including staff’s enthusiasm, wonderful breakfast, classic dinner services with very reasonable cost. The shuttle services was really a big help for elderly people although it was only 5 minutes by walk to the railway station.
