The Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa enjoys a privileged and picturesque location in Interlaken, between 2 beautiful lakes at the foot of the eternally snow-capped Jungfrau. Everything was just wonderful, the decor is stunning and attention to detail in all areas. All the staff were very professional and welcoming, especially the head concierge he really gave us great advice. The temperature in the room was optimum and lovely to be able to open the windows fully for fresh air .

Cleanliness and location The check in was a breeze. The place was neat and tidy. The views were exceptional. It was also a walkable distance to the Interlaken OST and West stations. I would stay here again on my next trip to the beautiful country Switzerland.

This hotel was wonderful, we had a stunning room that was clean & spacious with the most spectacular views. We had dinner at a near by restaurant that only took 2 minutes to get to. I would absolutely stay here again without a doubt. The reception staff, she was welcoming and kind. She gave us wonderful advice for tourist attractions nearby.
