This place has been lovingly renovated (rebuilt?!) and the owners' pride in their achievements shines through in every detail. Villa Principe Leopoldo can be found amid a large park above Lugano, offering panoramic views of Lake Lugano and the mountains, and featuring leisure, sport and wellness facilities, as well as... We had half pension, which we very much enjoyed. The breakfast was fine.

Hotel is located near to railway station, easy to reach. Very nice territory,with outdoor pool and ability to take sunbath between grape yards, if you are coming in the right season.
