This is our most favorable hotel during this family trip to Switzerland, all family members love the 2-night stay, and enjoyed the restaurant dinner as well. Staff are kind and helpful, facilities are sufficient, atmosphere is superb, walking distance to city center, and driving distance to nearby mountains. Beautiful and comfortable hotel, strongly recommended to family trip. When checking out I forgot my jacket in the closet, the hotel contacts me quickly so I got it back in time.
