This boutique hotel is ideally located in a quiet area of Locarno. The breakfast buffet has an excellent variety of regional meats, eggs, fruits, and breads. It’s only a short walk to the train station. They also offered the Ticino Card, which made access to public transportation easy! The hotel is family run. Nikoli was very helpful with information about the area. Would definitely stay here again!

The spacious and stylishly decorated guest rooms are all air-conditioned. Bathrobes and slippers can be found in the luxurious bathrooms. We absolutely loved our stay! Gorgeous views, wonderful staff, and the food was amazing. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were large. We had a wonderful time.

The receptionist was really nice, the room was clean and comfortable. The pool, the garden, the restaurant all perfect. I highly recommend.

The Hotel&Hostel Montarina occupies a historic Villa built around 1860, only 200 metres from the Lugano train station. It offers a park with a pool, free WiFi and a limited number of free parking spaces. The hostel exceeded all our expectations. Firstly, it is a great location near the city centre. You can walk into the city on foot. Secondly, it has a cool swimming pool, lots of sun loungers and umbrellas, you can have a good rest after the road. I also liked that the room, although compact, was very comfortable and had air conditioning. Toilets and showers on the floor, plumbing in excellent condition. The staff is very friendly. There are many refrigerators in the dining room, the kitchen has everything you need to cook. We will definitely come back here again!

The family-run Continental Parkhotel is located 200 metres south of the main railway station of Lugano, where the funicular leaves regularly for the city centre.

Plunge into the wonderful swimming pool amidst a large park after a day of doing sightseeing or business in Lugano. Hotel is located near to railway station, easy to reach. Very nice territory,with outdoor pool and ability to take sunbath between grape yards, if you are coming in the right season. Welcoming and helpful personel, found the answers to all our travel related quastions

All air-conditioned rooms are renovated. Coffee and tea facilities are offered for free. The location was excellent, walking distance to the main train station. We had a gorgeous view of the lake and mountains. The hotel gave us free city bus tickets to use for our stay! Also, the breakfast was great for us and had a beautiful view.
