Great hotel with great coustemer service. Staff were very helpfull and do every thing to help us. Spa including julean hotel spa were superb. Great value of money.

Výborná poloha hotelu, excelentní přístup při check in a check out. Pokoj byl velmi luxusně a vkusně vybaven. O hotel je velmi dobře pečováno a je vidět, že práce zde personál baví. Večerní kytara v baru a obrazy ve vlastní galerii umocňují jedinečnost místa.

The small Hotel Sarazena is located next to the train station in Zermatt and features a sauna. Rooms have an en-suite bathroom, cable TV and free WiFi internet access. I've been here before. Very clean and comfortable. Staff kindly and polite. It is VERY central (and about 50 yards away from the train to the Gornogratt) And really great breakfasts.
