Situated close to the ski lifts in Zermatt, Alpen Resort & Spa features a restaurant, and spacious rooms with cable TV. Everything was great; from the rooms to the spa, we enjoyed this hotel a lot. It was clean, comfortable and relaxing. The staff was very helpful and friendly, I would especially like to thank everyone at the reception.

The family-run Bristol hotel is situated in a central yet quiet location in Zermatt, between the train station and the Klein Matterhorn cable car. It offers a spa area and free WiFi in all areas. Heaven on Earth!! Perfect location, in the heart of the town and 5min walk to the ski lift. Friendly staff, smooth check-in, clean rooms and amazing facilities. We especially loved the breakfast buffet where you can make your own waffels and pancakes while enjoying the view of the Matterhorn. Will definitely be back. Higly recommend Hotel Bristol!!

Backstage Hotel Serviced Apartments nabízí apartmány s kompletními hotelovými službami. Toto ubytování bylo navrženo architektem Heinzem Julenem. We were caught in a snow storm and Zermatt was cut off from outside. There was no electricity for one and half days. But the hotel took really good care of us, provided food and drinks, charging place... let us stay for one extra night. We have to thank Daniel, who went out his ways to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We would definitely like to come again.

Hotel Romantica se nachází v klidné části Zermattu, nedaleko turistických tras a 700 metrů od lanovky Sunnegga. While the hotel is small, it has the necessary provisions. In particular the front garden with its beautiful flowers is so spectacular and attractive that I noted almost all passers-by had stopped to take photos. The hotel operator couple is so nice and helpful. They are always willing to advice you on the most appropriate itinerary and route for hiking and going up to Matterhorn/Gorergon.

Výborná poloha hotelu, excelentní přístup při check in a check out. Pokoj byl velmi luxusně a vkusně vybaven. O hotel je velmi dobře pečováno a je vidět, že práce zde personál baví. Večerní kytara v baru a obrazy ve vlastní galerii umocňují jedinečnost místa.

Hotel Capricorn se nachází na klidném místě ve vesnici Zermatt bez aut. Nabízí nádherný výhled na Matterhorn a bezplatné Wi-Fi připojení na pokoji. The staff is amazing and the view is unique.

The small Hotel Sarazena is located next to the train station in Zermatt and features a sauna. Rooms have an en-suite bathroom, cable TV and free WiFi internet access. Everything! The location is great, the staff are very nice, the room is big and clean. Definitely will stay here again if I come here again.
