Located in the centre of Zermatt, Backstage Boutique SPA Hotel offers uniquely furnished rooms with open fireplaces and free WiFi. Opened in December 2010, it features a spa area. The room was a lovely size with a good balcony. The breakfast was outstanding, great choice of both hot and cold food.we also ate a5 the hotel in the evening and the food was delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

It was great how close this place was to everything! I really appreciated that it was so easy to get to the mountain with my ski gear. I also really appreciated the staff support, they were always so kind and welcoming.

The pictures online don’t do it justice, beautiful chalet, with a wonderful spa. Just perfect after a great day on the slopes. The fire place and topping up of wood each day a big plus.

The friendliness of the staff. We were given complimentary wine during the stay. Thank you for everything.

The small Hotel Sarazena is located next to the train station in Zermatt and features a sauna. Rooms have an en-suite bathroom, cable TV and free WiFi internet access. Location of Sarazena is excellent, close to the train station and the Gornergrat railway, and close to the bus that takes you to the Matterhorn Glacier Express. Staff were polite, friendly and very helpful. The heated ski store room is a major bonus to ensure shi boots are toasty warm and dry the next day. My room was quite large and would be very comfortable for two people.
