The entire property was amazing! We had a 4th floor suite with a balcony with an incredible view of The Matterhorn. The beds were extremely comfortable. The spa was awesome and included in the rate. The mini bar was nice as was the complimentary water provided. The hotel also provided robes, slippers and a spa bag for your convenience and comfort while enjoying the spa facilities. The staff were great and very friendly. We loved the included breakfast which was a fantastic selection. The smokers lounge was a nice touch and they have a small but great selection of cigars.

Most rooms in the Hotel Bristol offer superb views of the Matterhorn. The staff were so friendly and kind! The whole hotel was so cozy, the spa was amazing! Our room was excellent with a super comfortable bed. The breakfast was wonderful, they provide so many options. Will be staying here again if in zermatt again

Backstage Boutique Hotel is within walking distance of Gornergrat railway and Sunnega railway. A ski bus is also close by. A tennis court and a skating rink are in front of the hotel. Everything is perfect. The room was very beautiful, they also have a good facilitys on the SPA inside and a cozy swimming pool outside. We enjoyed so much!

Very friendly administrator, smiling and attentive woman. The room is quiet and warm. Very clean. There is a kettle in the room - it's very convenient! Delicious breakfast. Very good location of the hotel - near the ski lift and the train station. If there was a free room the next day, I would also stay. I recommend this hotel for accommodation. Thank you.
