Offering stylishly furnished rooms with balconies and coffee machines and free Wi-Fi, the Testa Grigia hotel has been completely renovated in 2010. The room is large and brightly lit. The bed is comfortable and the facilities are adequate. The breakfast included are great too. The hotel is on the main street but the entrance is a bit difficult to find. I walked pass it the first time without noticing it.

Situated close to the ski lifts in Zermatt, Alpen Resort & Spa features a restaurant, and spacious rooms with cable TV. The view was absolutely stunning. I even did a reel with it " This is my view today.. How was yours" And I strongly believe the room was upgraded. Reserved a double classic room but got a double panorama room instead! Insanely beautiful panorama view I have to say! The breakfast comes with many choices. We definitely kickstart the days with happy tummy from the yummy breakfast! The Room Janitor did an excellent job in tidying up the room meticulously, arranging our all over the place open luggage so that we can more spacious walk areas and even changed our wet slipper and gave us a new pair! The outdoor and indoor pool was enjoyable especially when it was a rainy day with bad weather and low visibility to go up the mountain and the jacuzzi was so so so relaxing! Awesome! High recommended to all! Definitely booking again next time!

The family-run Bristol hotel is situated in a central yet quiet location in Zermatt, between the train station and the Klein Matterhorn cable car. It offers a spa area and free WiFi in all areas. Location of the hotel is great. Out of the train station, walk 10 minutes and hotel is just right at the left. Breakfast is the highlight. Very sumptuos and generous spread. Would like to compliment the boss. He brings vibe and energy from his great smile and service.

Backstage Hotel Serviced Apartments features apartments with full hotel services designed by architect Heinz Julen and offering views of the Matterhorn from their balcony or terrace. It was very quaint and the views of the Matterhorn was spectacular!!! Daniel and his Team was top notch and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

In a quiet location of Zermatt, Hotel Romantica offers a garden, free WiFi, and rooms with flat-screen cable TV. The stay was incredible. Very clean. Very cozy. Well located. Everything you need. Thor was very helpful and knowledgeable with any questions. Michelle was very accommodating. Super nice hosts with great hearts.

In the centre of Zermatt, Chalet Annelis offers views of the Matterhorn and spacious, self-catering accommodation units with free WiFi. We had wonderful days in Zermatt, thanks to the chalet Annelis.. The apartment had absolutely everything we needed - clean and cozy, with a view of the Matterhorn. Excellent communication. Highly recommended!

In a quiet location in the car-free village of Zermatt, Hotel Capricorn offers magnificent views of the Matterhorn, free in-room WiFi. Charming, quaint and well equipped. Staff was remarkable and accommodating.

The Experimental Chalet is situated in the heart of Verbier, the high-altitude hot spot for extreme sports and après-ski aficionados. An excellent experience from the moment I entered the hotel. A very French-style interior, with jazz playing on the little satellite radio in the room.(it was refreshing after staying in other hotel rooms that felt so generic) Great breakfast spread and very friendly hospitable staff. When in Verbier, here's where you should stay!
