The food was fantastic. In short, can't recommend this enough. I'm definitely coming back

The lady was very helpful i needed a kettle and a crib for my 6 month they brought us right away and my little one loved to play in it. The bed and the pillows were very comfy!! Kitchen was very much well equiped with quality stuff however no oven . overall we had a very good experince with the place i would definitly stay there again

Location and interior design
The capsule was so comfy - I had some of the best nights' sleep of my whole trip! It felt very safe too. The bathroom facilities were fantastic and I loved the funky designs. The showers were nicer than in some hotels I've seen. Having the bar/lounge area to chill in was awesome. Such a nice spot to relax in an evening.

The view from the hotel was incredible, and the breakfast was fantastic! The staff were super lovely and helpful as well. Everything in the hotel, from the beautiful interior design to the history of the hotel was amazing.
The hotwl has a stunning position over looking the city and lake. It is breath taking. The interior design and comfort far exceeded my expectations. The service was professional and personal, unlike my usual visits to hotels like The Kulm and Sacher resort where I found the service fussy and unfriendly, overly invasive. They nail it here. I received a great welcome with a glass of prosecco and was really looked after in the bar and restaurant. It is simply a great place. I am already planning my return visit.
This is an absolutely spectacular hotel! The scenery, the design, the staff ( a special thanks to Leon!). This is a 5 star hotel with all the luxury and elegance but no pretension.
This is a lovely quirky hotel. The rooms are odd shapes as its on a corner. The interior design is very colourful and different. The rooms are very well laid out, the beds are so comfortable and the shower is great. The breakfast has lots of choice. There is even fruit and gummy bears at reception! Location is perfect... 2 stops from train station, 5 mins walk to the river and old town.
