Room and bathroom very clean and made up every day. Air conditioning, which was required during my trip due to the hot weather, worked extremely well. Bottled water was replaced every day in my room. Breakfast was fabulous. Eggs and bacon were cooked fresh as per my order on arrival in the restaurant. Breakfast served in their main restaurant which had great ambience…white tablecloths and candles all over the place. Waitresses and manager made you feel like home. Free at the front desk every day…sweet cherries, nectarines, bottled water and nespresso coffee. Easy on line checkout.

For example: on arrival we ordered a transfer, and on departure it turned out that it was ordered for the time of the plane's departure by mistake. Without any worries in 5 minutes we already had a new car. The situation was resolved instantly. We really liked the attention to our one and a half year old daughter. They prepared a wonderful crib, left pleasant and very useful gifts. We are delighted, you are all great! The hotel is made by its team. Thank you for the wonderful impressions!

The smallest 5-star Alden Suite Hotel Splügenschloss Zurich enjoys a quiet location right in the city centre. All rooms feature an entertainment system with a flat-screen TV, a hot tub, and gym equipment on request. Great staff, especially Denis and Kaltrina. It was my wife’s birthday, and they brought flowers, arranged a cake, and even upgraded our room to a suite for free. In short, they are amazing. We had a fantastic time!

Alma Hotel - Boutique hideaway by the lake with rooftop and ladies-only wellness enjoys a quiet location in a 19th-century building just 100 metres from Lake Zurich and near several tram and bus stops. The Zurich Opera House, as well as the I really have a good time here. If I had to describe the hotel in one word, I would think of Elegant Lady. Clean, cozy and good location.

The Marktgasse Hotel is a historic building with low ceilings and sloped floors (not all rooms). The hotel is situated in Zurich's Old Town, 200 meters from the Grossmünster and 500 meters from Lake Zurich, and boasts free WiFi, free access to a wellness center, a restaurant, and a 24-hour reception. The closest tram stop is 50 meters away. I was surprised by quality and comfort of the hotel. It is worth all money and even more I have spent. Personal is very friendly and helpful. Room was big with comfortable bed. I like to sleep with open window and it was absolutely quiet outside, no noise from bars or street cleaning. Fantastic hotel!

The Letzigrund Stadium is a 10-minute walk away. Staff was super friendly and highly accommodating to our needs. They welcomed us with a birthday present and a room upgrade. Rooms were big and spacious with a lovely balcony. Would stay here again
