Very helpful staff. Very clean. Nice view from view room. Liked the indoor balcony with a great view, lots of light, coffee, tea, microwave for heating leftovers with some minimal utensils. Like the reserved parking as we were there on a weekend and locals pack the street to go the beach across the road. Would have had to park several blocks away if we had not reserved a parking space.

The Casa is stunning! The lakeside location is so impressive right in front of Orsono volcano.Guests are able to walk the beach and sit on the shore.Puerta Varas is minutes away a nice afternoon.the town is crowded and full of tourists. Casa Molino offers a wonderful respite.Staff is incredibly accommodating. Hated to leave after four days. Highly recommend

Great hotel, a little away from city centre but supermarket handy walk away. Room was quite large, super comfortable bed and decent size bathroom. Breakfast was awesome with great variety. Staff super friendly and helpful and cool that a few spoke English. We actually left another hotel in the city centre to come back to this one as we liked it so much

The hotel itself is an artistic jewel and a place of beauty. A true art museum. The walls are covered in art work. I love art and I literally spent an hour "touring" the hotel to admire it all. This is a historic building, it's construction and story tied in with the towns early history are documented in fotographs. For those who care less about high-brow art there are lovely antiques scattered around the place.
And if this wasn't enough, half the rooms look out towards the lake and volcano Osorno. Osorno is the most beautiful volcano in the world, even more beautiful than Fuji. To see it at sunset as you walk up the majestic wood paneled staircase to your room is something to remember.
The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, high on a hill, but right across the street is a very nice little restaurant with friendly staff and great menu!

Kalfu is great, very comfortable and clean. At first it may seem a bit far from the city centre, but Puerto Varas is a really small town, in 10min walking you reach everything you need. The staff is lovely, very helpful and made us feel very welcomed. The breakfast doesn’t offer wide range of options, however everything was delicious.

Great location for a 1 night stay after a very long flight and to rest up before picking up our rental car. Right across the street from a lovely beach and view of the volcanos. Good buffet breakfast at the restaurant next door. Also had a very nice dinner at this restaurant, which shares a relationship with the hotel and provided a 20% discount for hotel guests.

I do not speak Spanish and staff were wonderful and did several favors for me.
