Lots of people all day and night, but that does not mean you will not have good sleep: the room is silent and the bed is super comfortable.

Located in the heart of upscale quiet residential Providencia, Heidelberg Haus offers self-catering apartments with WiFi in a tranquil area of Santiago. The apartment was spotless with everything that you needed. The location is amazing, it is in a nice, green and safe area in Santiago; we enjoyed strolling around the neighbourhood and visit some restaurants closed by. It is also easily reached by metro, bus or car; that make it easier to get know other places as well. The staff were amazing, super friendly and helpful. Thank you! We will come back for sure!

Hotel Pullman Santiago El Bosque has a gym and a pool with views of the city on the 18th floor, modern rooms and free parking. Everything was perfect. The room was clean & big. Location is good, in a nice & safe area. 15 mins walking to South American’s tallest building and its mall. The service was exceptional. Everyone was helpful, cared about your experience, and tried their best to assist you. Nothing to complain about. Will def stay here again, if coming back to Santiago.

The room is spacious, well organized and clean. The food is excellent. Friendly staff. Overall, a beautiful hotel, highly recommended.

Just 100 meters from Baquedano Metro Station, Hostal Río Amazonas offers rooms with free Wi-Fi and TV sets. The staff was amazingly nice. When I arrived, I got a long and full explanation of the different neighborhoods around the hostal as well as many personalized recommandations. The room was comfortable and warm. The location is amazing, with the coolest barrios around the corner and the metro steps away. Breakfast is good as well.

We were 4 people and used two of the three bedrooms (the third one has a single bed) and the two bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed to make us breakfast (coffee machine, toaster, water kettle...). The beds were comfy; a few towels were provided. There wasn't any room service but we did not expect that anyway. The apartment is ideally located in the center, close to nearly everything that's interesting. It's also close to a metro station (please be aware of the seriously good pickpockets in Santiago - we lost a smartphone on the metro to them). Supermarkets can be found close by. As it is in the center center you will have to live with some street noise (the bedrooms face the street) - nothing my ear plugs couldn't handle. The keys and the opening of the door of the apartment and the gate downstairs are a bit tricky at the beginning - ask the host Christian to show you how it is done; he's very helpful and will surely explain!

Staff went above and beyond, and were welcoming and friendly. Probably the best hotel, in the best area of Santiago!

The room was well equipped and spacious. It was a very secure hotel with 24 hour reception and huge iron gates. The entrance courtyard was delightful with lots of shade and comfortable seating. Very friendly and efficient staff on reception and at breakfast.
