The hotel is located conveniently in the city center. The staff is very friendly and the received us with a cocktail. Before going to our bedroom they took us for a short tour in the hotel and share with us the hotel family history and the house history, and showed us how to enjoy the place. We received an upgrade to the presidential bedroom which was beautifully decorated. Had a double large shower. The breakfast was delicious.

The staff here is super friendly and very attentive. My fiancé got sick during our trip and they were kind enough to prepare tailor made food for her. They even messaged us when we were at the hospital to check how she was. Great place with great facilities as well. The rooms are spacious with a nice bathroom. The common areas (pool) are also very good.

What a fantastic surprise! A great staff that were super friendly and helpful. I think the absolute BEST location, right next to all the dive centers, great food a block away and 200m to the beach. I absolutely loved the entire experience here. Book here and you will be happy with you choice (and trust me, check out the hot dogs across the street!)

What I liked about Casa Verde Hotel is how accommodating and welcoming the staff were—they stored my luggage while I went on my 4-day trek to the Lost City, making my trip much easier. The hotel’s interior design is quite chic, with an exotic and interesting feel. My room was modern, clean, and spacious, exactly what I needed to rest after the long trek. Plus, it had AC and hot water, which were much appreciated.
