Adorable cats and a dog create a warm home-like atmosphere. A pool with a wonderful view of the city and sunset. Delicious breakfasts. All of the staff were so so lovely and helpful, nothing was a bother to them. We've decided to stay in this hotel every time we come to San Jose. Thank you so much for welcoming us!

Staff were super helpful and friendly. Hotel is fantastic. Our room was great, a/c essential in the heat, amenities excellent, etc. The included breakfast was OUTSTANDING. Wow.
