the service, the front desk very friendly and helpfull, the rooms was very clean, just what i needed quiet clean friendly helpfull after traveling allday, would recommend and recomended for others, having a private sauna and hot tub for an hour 1/2 was top of the cream.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Beds were little harder that I would like, but that is a personal reference. Breakfast had a nice selection of all you would expect, from vegetables, fruits to rolls and warm stuff. Coffe was also delicious.

What to say? Everything here is always perfect 100%. Professional, friendly and helpful staff with a good sense of humour as always, (I'm always at Baltaci for a concert). Hotel and rooms always impeccably clean, modern, and quiet. Definitely the most comfortable of all the many hotels I stay in during the year. Breakfast incredible, lots of fresh options in a nice environment. Walking distance to trolley, train, and shopping / cafes.

Great location close to city center. Undergroung hotel parking was very usefull. Big and clean rooms. One elevator reach undground parking, reception and rooms.
