Property owner provided us detailed information about the old town, place of interest, transportation, eateries and etc during our check in. He allows us to park our car until we came back from Neuschwanstein after 2pm.

It’s only a short walk from main attractions in the old town (Plönlein, town hall, castle garden, museums, town wall, etc). I love the coziness of the entire establishment, especially the charming restaurant area. The breakfast is abundant and tasty! Everything at the hotel is vintage-looking and yet absolutely clean

This historic 4-star hotel, situated in the heart of the medieval town of Rothenburg ob der Tauber, right in the Frankenhöhe Nature Park, offers enchanting accommodation in a Gothic style. What a wonderful stay in the beautiful Rothenburg - hotel lives up to its name and transports you back, perfect for Rothenburg. Hotel is located just off the main road, with parking nearby to load/unload which I would recommend. It's a little far to walk over the cobblestones if you have heavy luggage. Parking bay is easy to get to from there. Staff were great, they offer a decent breakfast which is charged additionally. Would stay again.

Very friendly and helpful personnel. Very good room service and a fantastic breakfast buffet. Recommend big time!

This 3-star hotel is in a quiet side street in the historic town centre of Rothenburg ob der Tauber. It offers a friendly family-run atmosphere and traditional Franconian cuisine. We travelled to Rothenburg for the first weekend of the Christmas Market and decided to stay overnight Saturday. Hotel Sonne had availability and so glad they did! The hotel is located in old town 1/2 block from the Christmas market which we felt completely immersed in our complete stay; it was magical! We arrived early for check in and were greeted by such friendly staff at reception! Our luggage was moved to storage even before we requested. The lobby was beautifully decorated for the festive season; the ambiance was so warm and inviting. We were able to come and go from the hotel to use facilities and warm up as we enjoyed everything magical at the Christmas Market. The Christmas Market closed; we returned to enjoy glass of wine in the lounge ( dedicated to hotel guests onl); a magical extension of the festivities! The welcoming mural on the door to our room gave a sensation of warmth and intrigue and the room did not disappoint; it was exceptionally clean with attention to every detail, including welcome cookies, chocolates and apples! Following a wonderful sleep in very comfortable beds, we were greeted by staff in the lounge and shown to our reserved table and enjoyed a delightful breakfast seated by the window overlooking the market street! In summary, our experience was 10/10+, thanks to the authentically friendly staff!😍

This historic hotel was built in 1264 and is located at the Markusturm tower in medieval Rothenburg. It features a traditional restaurant and free Wi-Fi internet throughout the hotel. Rothenburg of der Tauber is the most beautiful place to visit. The hotel offered everything we needed and more. The staff were very helpful.

Tento hotel sídlí v budově z 12. století a nabízí wellness centrum a elegantní pokoje s výhledem do zahrad a na krásné údolí Tauber. Nachází se na okraji centra středověkého města Rothenburg. The view was fantastic from the window. Building was built in 1143 year but it is really fully renovated with very well equipped rooms. You may also reserve the place in hotel's parking that is very convenient. Breakfast was very good with a lot of choices.

Tento rodinný hotel nabízí pokoje s balkonem s výhledem na Allgäuské Alpy. Stojí v klidné rezidenční čtvrti ve Füssenu, 15 minut jízdy od zámků Neuschwanstein a Hohenschwangau. Byli jsme ubytování 4 noci v tomto čistem, útulném hotelu. Poloha je skvělé napojena na širokou síť cyklostezek, několik zámků. Tady se nudit rozhodně nebudete. Obzvlášť musíme pochválit snídaně v hotelu, byl to gastronomický zážitek od majitelé, každý den jiná a každý den naprosto fantastická. Hotel Christine, moc děkujeme, určitě se vrátíme, jste nejlepší 🙂🥰
