It's hard not to like Casa de Marita. It's right on the beach on the far side of the small town - so it's quiet on the property but easy to walk to everything. It's one of the closest hotels to the ferry (10-min walk). The staff was extremely attentive. Our room was clean (and spacious). Breakfast in the morning was included, and pretty extensive. We had dinner there two nights - both meals we really enjoyed. They helped connect us with a local tour guide agency, so we felt confident trusting the company to book/pay for tours in advance. Bonus: we paid for the jr suite, but were upgraded to the master suite because the hotel was only half booked.
