Hôtel & Spa Le Bouclier D'or is located in the historic La Petite France district in a 16th Century building, a 5-minute walk from Strasbourg Cathedral. This perfect little haven in the Petite France area of Strasbourg was an ideal base to explore this beautiful historic city. This renovated old building has everything - character, history, vintage furniture and modern facilities. We visited Strasbourg during the Christmas Market and while it was only a few minutes walk to the major market squares and the local restaurants, the immediate vicinity was pretty quiet - almost no vehicle traffic and just a few pedestrians, who mostly seemed to be taking their kids to the school opposite. We only saw one staff member (I’m sure there must be others) but he was very welcoming and informative, giving us good tips on where to go. We loved our room, which was very nicely furnished, but also had plenty of power points, a device charger on the desk and the most fantastic shower.

This 4-star hotel is set in a renovated 16th-century building in central Strasbourg. It offers a courtyard, free WiFi and air-conditioned guest rooms with Louis XV-inspired furniture and satellite TV.... The breakfast was very varied and plentiful.

A fabulous accommodation near Colmar, right in the center, with good shops and restaurants nearby, with free parking a few hundred meters away. Very kind host and attentive to the detailments, the apartment was very clean, warm, excellent bed, with good pillows. Thank you once again, we had a dream vacation! And Kaysersberg is really worth visiting❤️

This property is gorgeous! We really enjoyed our time here! It was amazing looking through the renovation book, to see how beautiful the house is now. Our host spoke perfect English with us. And she made the most amazing breakfast. Our room was clean, bright, and very comfortable! And, they included parking was very nice! We also love that it’s close to old town, and the train station.

Lovely room with really comfortable bed and bathroom with great shower, with the added bonus of a small balcony. Great place to re-charge after a day’s travelling or as a base to explore the area.

They were incredibly welcoming from the moment we arrived and went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, making us feel right at home. Breakfast was delicious every morning, with fresh and thoughtful touches that we really appreciated (try the muffins). And of course, their dogs are absolutely adorable and added a warm, friendly charm to the whole experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Just 5 km from Bâle, this 4-star hotel is situated 5.6 km from Basel-Mulhouse Airport. It offers airport shuttles, a wine and cocktail bar open 7 days a week and a spa centre. The room was amazing and the bathroom huge.
