It's located in the city center, making it convenient to walk to many places and is safe. I highly recommend it if you're staying in this city. The entrance to the parking lot might be a bit hard to find. You have to circle around several times before you can find it, but the assistant staff who takes care of the car and luggage is very good and helps with everything.

Junior suite - bed was very comfortable. Very quiet. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast spread was terrific. Only an 8-9 minute walk into central Strasbourg. Fantastic hotel to stay at.

All the staff were incredibly friendly, professional and went out of their way to help with everything we needed. Lovely room, amazing bathroom and it was ery quiet. Two bowls and a snack were waiting for our dog which was a lovely touch. Extremely convenient having the hotel parking.

I stayed at ibis Strasbourg Centre Gare and found it to be a very convenient and comfortable option for exploring the city. The hotel's location—right across from the main train station—made it especially easy to get around, whether arriving by train or using public transport. The room was clean and functional, with a comfortable bed and all the essentials for a short stay. While the space was compact, it was well-organized and quiet, even with the central location. The staff were friendly and professional, and the check-in process was quick and hassle-free.
