The Renaissance is housed in a 17th-century mansion in central Castres. It offers air-conditioned rooms with traditional and antique furnishings. Each room also has a private bathroom and TV. A first class experience in a truly uniquely furnished ancient building. Excellent staff and speedy Wi-Fi too. If you get the chance to stay here you definitely should even if it’s a few euros more as the whole experience is just superb. Themed rooms from days gone by are really special. I’ve been travelling for 2 months now and this is the best and quirkiest hotel I’ve stayed in.

Beautiful location with a swimming pool with a view. Great spacious family room too and a bath in the bathroom which is becoming a rare thing these days.

Located in Rocamadour, Hotel Le Troubadour welcomes you in an old 17th-century farm renovated with a heated swimming pool. It is set in the heart of a large park. For my adult daughter and I Le Troubadoure was a pre-planned stop on our trip from Germany to the Algarve, Portugal. We loved the secure parking and the ease of the location. The place is extraordinary and in itself is worth a stay. Everything was clean and welcoming. Matthieu was super professional and his care for the guests is tangible in every small gesture; one can only commend the way he treated us, commend him for his level of motivation, friendliness and expertise. We felt welcome from the moment we walked through the doors until the moment we left. I will definitely recommend Le Troubadoure to friends and family.

Hostellerie Restaurant Les Gorges de l'Aveyron is a former watermill with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and free Wi-Fi. It is situated right next to Gorges de l'Aveyron and 23 km from Montaubant. Bedrooms were clean, and decorated in a beautiful antique french style. Beds are very comfortable. The surroundings are very quiet so we all had a good rest. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, bread and french pastries are fresh, eggs (pre-ordered the night before) prepared for you when you arrive at your table so no crusty disgusting scrambled eggs there! and we had breakfast on the terrace overlooking the river, which was so nice and beautiful! And the diner....exceptional. it is described as "semi gastronomic" in the hotel description but it is a truly gastronomic experience. The food was absolutely amazing, the chef even went as far as to create different menus for my children who are picky eaters - and they ate nearly everything. The gardens are beautiful, lots of birds, swans, etc... And most importantly, the friendliness and professionalism of the owners.

An 18th-century property set in a 7-acre estate surrounded by vineyards, Maison d'hôtes Les Bruhasses offers free high-speed WiFi access in the entire property. This place is absolutely amazing! The hospitality of the owners is outstanding. We love everything about this place:  the room, very comfortable bed, delicious breakfast, and incredible hospitality of the owners.  Will highly recommend this place and will definitely come again. Set in the historic centre of Saint-Antonin Noble Val, La Résidence Chambre d'Hotes offers B&B accommodation in an 15th-century house with a garden and furnished terrace. Lovely hotel with lovely hosts! Excellent breakfast, great location right in the heart of the old town, easy parking 1 minute walk from the ally.

Housed in a 19th-century building in the centre of Mazamet, Maison d'hôtes "Les Jardins de Mazamet" is 850 metres from the train station. We had interconnecting rooms for a family of four and they were gorgeous! Breakfast was delicious and served in the beautiful salle a manger. The swimming pool in the garden was lovely, in peaceful surroundings! Very central to the town of Mazamet with nice restaurants and bars.

Situated in the heart of the medieval city of Cordes-sur-Ciel and set in a property built in the 13th century, La Maison Bakéa is an elegant guest house which offers a medieval architecture features,... The house is incredible. The building, the interior, the furniture... everything is authentic and beautiful. The beautiful lady of the house is wonderful. She was very friendly and helpful. She told us interesting facts about the history of the house and she obviously loves to manage her hotel and make her guests happy. She gave us tipps for the next stops of our trip and they made our holyday more beautiful. For example she told us to see the church of Albi, which we didn't know about, or to check out the Sunday Market in Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val, where you can buy real food from locals, which still have a taste and a scent, not like the watery, gene manipulated crap from the supermarket. She also arranged a reservation for us in a restaurant, where we had a wonderful and very luxury dinner. We had a beautiful view of the valley from the room. There is also a comfortable terrace to enjoy a glass of vine by looking at the scenery. The breakfast was not much, but very rich. Everything you might need was there. The lady of the house makes the croissants and the marmelades herself and they taste so good! Everything was created and arranged with love. There was authentic medieval music in the background and even the knives and forks were old family silverware with amazing pearl grips. There is also a small park nearby for walking the dog. I can talk about our stay only in superlatives. The house was amazing, the city is amazing, she is amazing. I never had such an experience in a hotel.
