The 16th-century pub at 4-star Peak Edge Hotel serves local produce amongst open fires. Loved everything about it. Cosy stunning venue. Rooms spacious. Finishing touches like “real” milk in the mini bar to make a cup of tea, instead of the usual sachets. Food in the restaurant was 10/10. Staff couldn’t do enough to help.

Included parking is right at the boat and directions to access are complete and simple. Nearby pubs and cafes. If you go, and you see owner Mark around the boats in the morning, talk to him! He is friendly with loads of stories and information and can tell you all about the boats. Our first visit to Sheffield, an interesting city with lots of history and many restaurants, pubs and historical sights. We hope to be back!

The hotel is located in the stunning Derbyshire countryside, set in extensive landscaped gardens within the historic village of Cromford, in the UNESCO Derwent Valley World Heritage Site. Lovely old building with restaurant downstairs. Bedroom had a view, bathtub and lovely furnishings

The property was absolutely amazing, the interior design was gorgeous, the facilities were incredible and the whole place wowed us. We can't wait to stay here again the next time we're in Stockport! The bed has to be one of the comfiest beds I have ever slept in, it was so soft. The place was spotless, there were some really nice touches like the bread for toast in the morning and the milk in the fridge.
This property is just stunning. Perfectly clean, bright and airy, and stocked with all the essentials. Comfortable beds and luxury en suites. it’s really did feel like our own personal boutique hotel.
Very clean and modern, the interior design was really well done & all the little details made a huge difference. The outdoor fire & BBQ are a lovely additional also. Having a large dining table in 3 bedroom property aloud 10 of us to all eat together which was amazing. The host was lovely, and had great communication throughout the stay. Couldn’t have asked for a better weekend - highly recommend.
The location was stunning and the amenities were excellent. Finished to a very high standard the Shepherds hut had everything you could possibly need for an enjoyable and relaxing stay. Everything had been thought of …it was like a boutique hotel room absolutely lovely

Beautiful converted barn with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing break with gorgeous views, local walks and a hot tub to enjoy. Lovely homely feel and the lounge, dining and kitchen area being upstairs is a great design to appreciate and take in the view over the reservoir, rolling countryside and the alpacas enjoying themselves in front of the property. Just ideal. The alpaca experience we did one day also it was fabulous. Clare was so lovely and very knowledgeable.
Such a beautiful boutique hotel, overflowing with great design and personal touches. The copper freestanding bath was simply wonderful, as were the device 'Bramley' toiletries available to use. Amazing food and service make this a must visit for any couple wanted to treat themselves to some R&R. Can't wait to visit again soon.
