Every single service that was provided to us was incredible!! The view from our balcony that we could see the lake, the amazing design of the rooms, was giving cosy vibes!! Oh and the swimming pool had the perfect temperature, and the shower had a unique style!! We were thinking of staying for one night, but two wasn't enough!! Found my favourite hotel at Ioannina!!

From the moment we arrived we felt very much at home. We loved the interior design! It looked so majestic, nice art everywhere. The staff was very professional, polite and helpful. Our rooms were clean, had much space and the airconditioning worked perfectly fine. Breakfast was amazing, so much choice and very well prepared. I brought my parents along and they were as amazed as we were. We also loved the city. I wished I could have used the pool more but we had so many things to do/see in the city. We loved our stay and we will definitely come back!

I used this place as a getaway to Zagoria and Tzoumerka. I choose it becuse it's close to the main highway and I don't have to spend time going through the city witch would take time. It was perfect for this. The surprise was that it was a really good vibe hotel as it is. The vibe is great, music near the pool, great for sitting down and drinking coffee. The room is basically a little home apartment with everything you need.

Perfect stay at the best hotel ever!The resort is amazing,location is with the most beautiful view! The location inside the castle walls made the experience unique, quiet, convenient, and culturally charming. You are greeted by a lovely courtyard with its own well, the rooms were exactly what we needed, and within a five-ten minute walk you could be among restaurants and cafes or shops, but within the castle walls all was quiet and peaceful. The staff were very helpful, and breakfast was lovely if you wanted to start your day that way. The beautiful Ioannana lake was also just a short walk away, as were very interesting museums. We would recommend staying here to anybody!
