With respect to the local architecture, the stone-built Nereids Guesthouse enjoys views of the Saronic Gulf and Hydra Town from its furnished terraces. It consists of elegantly decorated rooms with free Wi-Fi. Location on a beautiful quiet street just up from the port. The accommodation was wonderful and there were great sea views from our balcony. Ww will definately stay there again.

The accommodation features luggage storage space, a housekeeping service and organising tours for guests. I loved it! Staying at Icons completed my Hydra experience. Nice hotel room, with iron, Nespresso machine… everything that can complete mornings and evenings at their terrace which is absolutely beautiful! 5 minutes from the port and the closest beach bar. Would recommend!

Originally a wealthy sea captain’s mansion built in 1810, the Hotel Miranda is a fine example of characteristic local architecture. It is located 250 metres from the port and 500 metres from Ydra’s main beach. We had a lovely relaxing stay at the Miranda. The building, the patio, the breakfast, the staff were just perfect and made our stay at Hydra even better.

The traditionally built Hydroussa Hotel Hydra is located on Votsi Square, surrounded by lovely lemon trees. Due to its unique architecture, Hydroussa Hotel has been used in the past as a location for Hollywood films. Great location, clean and nice room

A buffet breakfast enriched with local products is served daily. Free WiFi is provided. Such a quaint hotel. Great location - close to port but still out of the busy area and noise. Very clean and well managed. The daily delivery of water was very nice. The breakfast buffet was wonderful - so much to choose from! The service was exceptional and staff was very friendly - especially Georgia, who was so helpful and made a birthday dinner very special at Castello.

Set in a historic building in the heart of Hydra, Angelica Traditional Boutique Hotel boasts charming accommodations with spa baths or jet showers, and offers a courtyard with a mini pool, hot tub and sauna. Hospitality was first rate. We were well looked after. Lovely breakfast was a bonus. Nice location right on the waterfront. 10 minute walk to main commercial centre. Visited during off season. Some things closed but did not spoil the visit.

Each one of the 9 rooms and suites is individually designed to the smallest detail. Family antiques and rare objects blend with contemporary comforts in a continuous effort of renovation and with a constant search for authenticity. I loved that it was luxury yet traditional. Our room was spacious with lots of light and views to the town and the sea in the distance.
