From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine care by Hermes, the hotel manager, who truly made our stay unforgettable. He greeted us the very second we stepped in, and his attentiveness never wavered throughout our visit. Hermes went above and beyond—booking restaurants for us, helping us find a doctor when our son had an allergic reaction, and always being available for any request, big or small. His kindness and professionalism set the tone for a truly relaxing holiday. The hotel itself was lovely, with a charming beach just down the stairs—perfect for morning swims or sunset strolls. Its location is ideal, just a short distance from Agios Isidoros beach and the center of Plomari, where we enjoyed delicious meals at local restaurants and soaked in the vibrant atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, welcoming, and well-located place to stay. We’ll definitely be back!

The location was perfect for us as it was very close to the airport and we were leaving the next morning. The pool was great, and the ladies at the front desk were very helpful. The covered arch pathway was lovely during the day, but magical at night with the lights. That was my favorite part.
