All well appointed rooms offer elegant decoration with light wood furnishings. They feature air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with bathroom amenities and TV. everything was perfect: modern apartment with an amazing view on the sea, perfect infrastructure with a pool , restaurant and lift. Nice and helpful managment and service.

Guests can relax at the living room with the fireplace or at the cobbled courtyard, while a café is also featured on site. It’s a nice and lovely place with friendly and helpful host:) The heat was just great and the bed is comfortable. I also had really wonderful breakfast:) I had really good and relaxed time here. I wish I could visit here again in the future.

It has a room with billiards, an outdoor and an indoor children’s playground and a blossomed sun terrace. Location is the best! Equally close to Makrinitsa and Portaria villages. Amazing view of Makrinitsa village and Volos both day time and at night. Very tasty breakfasts. But the most important - very very friendly and hospitable people. Loved it.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. The entire team was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional – true Greek hospitality at its finest! The food was absolutely delicious, the service was flawless, and the location is simply breathtaking. Surrounded by nature with a stunning view of the sea – it felt like a dream. We also travelled with an electric car, and everything worked out perfectly – the property is EV-friendly, which made things super convenient. Thank you to everyone at Agapitos Villas for making our holiday so special. We’ll definitely be back!
