The room was beautiful, the breakfast was great, and the staff were wonderful. Our dinners at Black Rock were excellent and everyone working in the restaurant went out of their way to make us feel special. Oia is one of the most special places in the world, and our private terrace overlooking the Caldera was a little piece of Paradise.

More than one local told us this is the best hotel in Akrotiri and I can totally see why. Amazing view of the Caldera and the staff was so friendly and welcoming. The breakfast had only few items but it was delicious.

The hotel was loooooovely and Haris the lady on reception couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming. She told us everything we needed to know about the island and the easiest ways to get around etc. We were upgraded to a suite with a private pool and it was SO GOOD. I was concerned to begin with as there aren’t many sunbeds around the main pool for the amount of people in the hotel but when we had our own it was perfect!! There was also another very helpful lady who told us it would be 60€ to the port but when she rung she managed to get it down to 40€ which was another nice touch (rather than just telling us that’s what the price was). We loved it so much we enquired about staying another night but with already having another hotel in Ios booked and paid for, it just wasn’t worth the extra cost :( some of my friends have already booked to stay at the end of August on my recommendation!

We liked the facility, host, services, cleanliness .. everything. It’s so nicely located to see the volcanos directly from the windows and terrace. Sunset point is just round the corner. Shopping street is close by, and all restaurants are easily accessible. We are super impressed by the host Zak, he arranges everything so smoothly including transfers to the pickup point , to the airport and also the cruise he suggested was super cool!

Panorama Boutique Hotel is perched at the top of the caldera in Fira. All of its rooms offer unobstructed views of the sparkling Aegean and the famous Santorini sunset and volcanic isles.
