Reservation, welcoming staff, host, hotel location, view balcony, breakfast are all excellent; except one thing, that is when I left the hotel ... I feel something left behind.

Gianna Suites is built in the traditional style of Santorini Island and offers comfortable rooms with private balconies and flat-screen, satellite TV. Some units have a spa bath or a shower with hydromassage facilities. Gianna Suites was easily walkable from both Fira and Firostefani but was located on a side street off the other side of the main road and therefore was quiet and peaceful, with lovely views out to the sea and flatter areas of Santorini. So it was also easily walkable to those areas as well. I especially loved the little private balcony which was warm and sunny and brought refreshing air inside. The hosts were exceptionally engaging and welcoming, offering a genuine sense of hospitality and organising tour and trip arrangements with sincere helpfulness. The drivers were also very engaging and genuine. Santorini, as a whole, treats visitors with great politeness. As an older, solo traveller, I felt safe and respected. I greatly appreciated their cheerful and honest responses, and also the self-respect and respect for Santorini that they showed. I value the authenticity which greeted me.

This family-run property is designed in the traditional style of Santorini. Each of the rooms features en-suite bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. Wonderful staff and facilities. Couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming. We loved this accommodation and would highly recommend it. Easy access by bus from here to all parts of the Island.

Air conditioning comes standard. A fridge and kettle are also available. Great and helpful staff! Also fantastic restaurant just above the apartments which belongs to the same owners.

Some of them include a kitchenette with mini oven. As for the accommodation, it exceeded all my expectations. Everything was impeccably clean and well-maintained, located in a very quiet area that allows you to relax without straying too far from the center: just a 5-minute walk from Fira and the bus station, making it easy to travel all over the island with frequent connections every 15 or 20 minutes, depending on the destination. The pool overlooking the Aegean Sea is a true luxury, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. But what really made the difference was the host, Far: charming, attentive, and, above all, very professional. Always willing to help and ensure everything was perfect during our stay. Her dedication and warmth made us feel at home from day one. I would definitely come back. Thanks for everything, Far!
