Great location with a private path and entrance to the beach. Rooms are a good size, comfortable and nicely decorated. Bed and pillows comfy. Pool was a great temperature. Close to many warnings, cafes and shops.

Skip the generic resorts and go for Klumpu - it has only 8 rooms so has a very cosy intimate feel and lots of character. Our room was very private, spacious, and had everything we needed. Loved the loft beds! The pool was clean and set in well-maintained gardens and we had our own private lounge chairs in front of our room. The way the villas are designed keeps them cool even in really hot temperatures. The location was great, tucked into a quiet street sort of in the middle of the long stretch of beach. Food was very nice, breakfast had lots of options. Staff were very kind and service was to a high standard. Was great to get a free drive to the airport on the last day of our holiday. We were really able to relax at this peaceful spot! Cannot rate this place highly enough and hope to be back one day!

The luxurious and spacious Nike Villas feature a shared outdoor pool, separate bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa. We liked everything here. We originally booked only 1 night (a 2 bedroom villa with private pool) but decided to came back to stay here again the day before we left Bali. Staff were very attentive and service were excellent. Great location with restaurants and shops nearby but still felt private and peaceful. Free bicycles rental, free shuttle and free floating stuffs for the pool that you can borrow. Besides breakfasts, they also served welcome drink, afternoon tea with pancakes/crapes and goodnight tea with cookies, all included in your room rate!! Very reasonable price of food if you want to order other foods from their menu. The Japanese owner was very nice and kind. This place is absolutely worth your money. Highly recommend!

The staff was very polite, friendly and helpful, especially with the kids. The breakfast was great, a lot of options to choose from. The room was spacious and very clean. As my birthday was while we stayed at the hotel, the staff prepared surprise for me, they delivered small cake in the room and decorated the bed with flowers.

Hotel Peneeda View Beach nalazi se na bijeloj pješčanoj plaži Sanur, na 10 minuta vožnje od grada Denpasar. Okružen tropskim vrtovima, hotel obuhvaća privatnu plažu, restoran i 4 vanjska bazena. We loved the Balinese style hotel, it's a bit dated compared to the high end resorts it's sandwiched between, but adds to the charm! If you don't want to be in a resort but want to be directly on the beach, then this is your place! Yes there are cheaper places on the main road but they don't have beach access. We were travelling with children and in the end were so happy we paid extra to be on the beach as you have to walk around the resorts to find beach access - no problem if you're a grown adult but 10 minutes in the heat with littles is challenging! We loved all the pool areas and there were lots of nice spaces to hang out, which was great when it was too hot sunny or heavy rain and you didn't want to be in your room. We stayed in the family room with garden view and there was plenty of room for us and our luggage as well as cot and pram! We heard some negative things about the food so we didn't try it until the second last day and we were really pleasantly surprised - it's basic but good if you want Asian food - we didn't try the western food! The refillable water station was a great touch too - we would definitely recommend it here! We would also recommend White Orchid for eating - nice atmosphere, friendly staff, good food at a reasonable price for the area!
