Located in the heart of Central Jakarta by the famous Bundaran HI, Hotel Indonesia Kempinski Jakarta offers 5-star accommodation with sweeping views of the city’s skyline. Everything was incredible - service, cleanliness, comfort. I have been working in tourism for many years and I can definitely give a high rating and recommend the hotel to future guests! Thank you to all the amazing staff of Indonezia Kempinski Jakarta! ❤️ I will definitely come back again!

Breakfast location in the garden was superb. The food was average. Birchermuesli was just sweetened soaked oats. The croissants were stale. The noodles average. Coffee and tea was average and served (multiple times) lukewarm.

Everything was just perfect. The rooms were elegant yet modern, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast buffet had variations every day and a great variety of western and asian dishes, the staff was helpful, always smiling and making you feel valued as their guest. Especially Ibe from breakfast staff deserves a positive recognition for her friendly personality. We will definately come back here. The sea grain restaurant is also worth a visit.

The first impression of the friendly staff! They were incredible and helpfull. Also counts the nice surprise they prepared for my birthday :) The Hotel is very nice, the rooms are confortable and was a really nice first impression of Jakarta, because we could have a nice view of the city!

Located 5 minutes’ walk from Sarinah shopping area, Artotel Jakarta - Thamrin operates a 24-hour front desk and provides free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. Conveniently located for my needs, right across the road from a mall with several food options and store if I didn’t want to eat at the hotel itself. Every staff member that I encountered, from the front desk clerks to the housekeeping, restaurant and rooftop bar, were extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.
