Located in the heart of Central Jakarta by the famous Bundaran HI, Hotel Indonesia Kempinski Jakarta offers 5-star accommodation with sweeping views of the city’s skyline. Great hotel with incredibly nice and happy staff. Always a smile on your face. the rooms are a bit worn but very clean. If I go to Jakarta again, I will stay here again. A big plus is that the hotel is next to a shopping centre with a lot of good restaurants.

The property is phenomenal, rooms are great, the staff is fantastic, the area immediately around the hotel is lovely. The hotel was great about arranging taxies for us whenever we asked. We enjoyed the 2 outdoor pools and the new pool and jacuzzi that is in the new building with a great gym on the 4th floor (mostly indoors, but has an open wall on one side, so you get a breeze, unobstructed view, etc. We traveled with the kids (ages 7 and 9) and my parents and had a great time. Oh, and the food was delicious!!!

Located 5 minutes’ walk from Sarinah shopping area, Artotel Jakarta - Thamrin operates a 24-hour front desk and provides free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. Conveniently located for my needs, right across the road from a mall with several food options and store if I didn’t want to eat at the hotel itself. Every staff member that I encountered, from the front desk clerks to the housekeeping, restaurant and rooftop bar, were extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.
