O pessoal foi extremamente atencioso e simpático, sempre prontos a ajudar. O quarto estava muito limpo, com janela, ar condicionado e casa de banho privada — exatamente o que procurávamos. A limpeza era um ponto importante para nós e estava impecável. A localização é excelente: numa zona tranquila, mas muito central. Há um mini mercado 24h a apenas 2 minutos a pé e vários restaurantes com ótima relação qualidade-preço nas proximidades. Para ir até ao centro ou às lojas, é muito fácil e económico — o transporte com o Gojek custa cerca de 0,60€. Recomendo vivamente!

Wonderful staff and delicious breakfast. They all were super nice and friendly. Our room was gorgeous. Just ten minutes drive from Borobudur temple. My wife kindly booked us into The Dharmawangsa over Christmas to celebrate my birthday and relax for a few days whilst in Jakarta. The hotel is located in a quiet, tree lined residential area so you have the benefit of being away from the congestion of CBD traffic yet just a short drive away from malls like Senayan. On arrival, we were greeted courteously and taken to reception and immediately made to feel welcome and a valued guest. Our room was clean, spacious and quiet with a nice balcony overlooking a tropical tree lined garden area and swimming pool. We also liked the traditional and spacious furnishings and overall decor in the room making us feel comfortable and relaxed. The bathroom is generously sized including a bath tub and shower room along with a plentiful assortment of amenities. I really enjoyed using the varied and excellent leisure facilities at the hotel including the indoor swimming pool, jacuzzis and sauna. I also finished our brief stay with a rejuvenating deep-tissue massage which I would highly recommend. We started each day with a buffet breakfast at the hotel. There is an extensive selection of food available including delicious, traditional Indonesian dishes and other Asian and Western style cuisines. We really liked the wide selection of fresh fruits, juices and freshly baked breads and pastries along with various teas and freshly brewed aromatic arabica coffee. All in all, a perfect way to start the day assisted by warm, helpful and attentive staff. Would like to thanks to say special thanks to Irwan at the Reception; Riyan, Ahmadi, Arief, Affan and Lisa for providing a great experience at Breakfast - along with the delicious food, keeping me supplied with excellent arabica coffee and introducing me to the tasty and refreshing Jamu juice. I really appreciated the surprise birthday greeting and cake too; all the staff at the Spa & Wellness Centre.

The food was the best we had the entire time we were in Indonesia. Peewee is such an incredible chef! It was like a home cooked Indonesian meal from your mama every night. Meggie was so so so welcoming. The laundry was a lovely bonus. The pool was the perfect way to recover from jet lag. Rusdi was such a fun driver. We loved everything.
