The hotel was one of the most hospitable hotel I have ever been to. All the staff were very friendly, smiling faces and helpful. Their service was top notch customer oriented. They pay attention to every need and detail of the customer, especially Yoshi who even remembered what we liked to have as drinks. All the offered amenities were also really good. We would definitely stay here again if we go back to Yogyakarta!

Loved the spacious room and facilities provided! It was nearby all the key places we wanted to get to as well in Yogyakarta. Hotel staff was also very hospitable and accommodated most of our requests.
