Good Value for money, good breakfast and restaurant, very lovely room, enough space to stay, wonderful bathroom without any barriers.

Surrounded by beautiful gardens, Shamrock Lodge Hotel is a family-run hotel located in the very centre of Ireland, just 5 minutes’ walk from the restaurants, bars, and nightlife of Athlone town... The check-in process was quick and efficient. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Free parking is available, which is a significant advantage. The location is convenient, being not far from the city center and within easy reach of the famous Sean's Bar. I would definitely recommend it for anyone visiting the area.

Next to Mullingar Train Station, The Newbury has free super-fast WiFi, free parking. Located in the centre of Mullingar, the 3 star The Newbury is 50 minutes from Dublin. We didn't have bfast we were gone before 7am Very comfortable beds.
