Nestled in Monksland, a residential suburb of Athlone town, The Athlone Springs Hotel is less than a 6-minute drive from Athlone town centre. The staff was very nice and friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. The rooms were ready clean and comfortable.

Located in Athlone town centre, Arch House is just 2 minutes' walk from the historic Athlone Castle, Old Town, and River Shannon. How clean it was how comfy it was & the location of it.

Next to Mullingar Train Station, The Newbury has free super-fast WiFi, free parking. Located in the centre of Mullingar, the 3 star The Newbury is 50 minutes from Dublin. They accepted our booking the night of! Room was clean and had a surprise twin bed. Walkable distance to down town, free parking but quiet at night.
