Beautiful place!! Artistic building in a great location.
The weather in Eilat was so good like in the summer and there is a pool in the hotel and also outside in a walking distance a beach of the red sea.
The service was very nice , staff are professional and have very good soft skills .
This is a real 5 start hotel very high standard, high quality , extremely recomnded .

We were upgraded to a suite with an amazing view
over the desert till the dead sea and with a jacuzzi.
Team is very attentive, they even found a yoga mat for me. There is coffee, tea and cookies in the lobby, they give good hiking hints. Breakfast is amazing prepared with a lot of love for details.

We had a short gateway in Eilat, single night at the Herods Botique. As we arrived, we were upgraded to a suite. Room was very spacious and comfortable, although it might be considered a bit of old design.
We received during our stay a complimentary fruit plate and chocolate.
Bottom line -
We enjoyed it very much, especially the staff attention and efforts to make us feel good and enjoy our stay.

We were warmly welcomed at a stunning location in Arad, Israel. To our great surprise, we were upgraded from a luxury room with a balcony to a suite! The breakfast was a delightful surprise, impeccably clean, fresh, varied, and prepared and served with great passion. The location is perfectly situated near the Dead Sea, Masada, and Ein Gedi Park. Our stay was outstanding, and we had an unforgettable experience.

The location is incredible and the views from all aspects of the property are insane. The pool is beautiful. Rooms are well designed and there are lovely seating spaces in different parts of the building. The staff taking us to our room and the cleaning staff were lovely.
