Everyone is so attentive and nice, it feels like personnel can read your thoughts :D Natarul, our Room Attendant was a great help for us and so nice for us. Jasdeep hepled us out, when we nearly missed our train to Agra (Tour operator failed to pick us up). He arranged a taxi to train station after discussing our tour manager and we made it! In Leela the restaurants are also brilliant. Breakfast amazing and once again, the service excellent! Leela Palace and it’s staff made our Delhi vacation 10+ .

Staff very friendly and attentive. Good variety of quality food available for breakfast and dinner & served in nice surroundings. Lovely pool area to sit around and relax.

Dostala jsem pokoj v prizemi, pro me velmi tmavy, ale ochotne mi pokoj vymenili za svetlejsi. Personáli příjemný, vynikající čaj a jídlo. Bezpečné i pouze pro dívky, které cestují samy. Lokalita je skvělá, kousek metro a je to trošku jiné než typický luxusní hotel... jste blíže k místním a k Indii jako takové.

Solo female traveler: Everything! It’s even better than the pictures! The neighbourhood is very calm, safe. I’ve been in Delhi 3 times and this was definitely the best! My room was also extremely comfortable and clean. Breakfast was splendid . The owner of the property and team also gave me great tips for restaurants and markets. I really felt home!

Comfortable stay. Clean room. Strategic location. Just few min walk away from Delhi station.Peaceful sleep without honk noise. Polite and very helpful staff and receptionist. They assisted me in an emergency situation and literary saved my day . Credit goes to Mr. Santosh Kumar , Mr, Anchit , Mr. Mahesh. Airport transfer was also arranged on time without any issues . No extra charges . Overall I would recommend to book this hotel . Especially for foreigners . 10/10
