My daughter loves this hotel. Everytime we visit the family, we make a stopover at Trident before moving further. They accommodated my request of removing carpets from the room and arranged an air purifier as my daughter has severe dust allergies. From service, to staff, to food, to embience, Everything was spot on! Thank you to the entire team.

Exceptionally well-rounded five star property. Amazed by the presence and helpfulness of staff. I got the Royal club room which was pretty good but little small as compared to other hotels for a longer stay. Excellent facilities, location, safety, food. Kudos!

It is one of the best hotel in Gurgaon near to MG road metro station. Location is very centralized and ofcourse this hotel is absolutely amazing in terms of ambience and amenities. We enjoyed spa gym and the rooms were also very neat and clean beds were also very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and General Manager of Hotel Ms Veena Koul Ma'am is an amazing human being always taking care of minute details. The food was also great both multicuisine and Japanese. I highly recommend this hotel.

The architectural design and decoration and quiet vibe. The helpful staff. The breakfast. You can use the facilities (pool, gym) of the Oberoi (connecting through the garden) but the employees in Oberoi are very unfriendly, Trident employees are very nice. They gave us a late checkout, but then we were napping and the reception called to ask when we want the Invoice, so the nap experience was ruined... Employees should know is great to be nice, but there is a limit also in which one needs silence and peace.
