We needed to store medication and staff was very supportive. Also we needed to extend the room and yet needed to move out of the floor due to scheduled maintenance. Sunaina duty manager was very helpful.

Exceptionally attentive staff….great breakfast with western and Indian choices. Room was snug but very efficient and comfortable bed and linens. Rooms face a side street and it was quiet and calm.

I’m sure I’m missing a few names but everyone was wonderful - remembered our preferences, went out of their way to help, and made our stay wonderful again. Have rebooked, and hoping to stay again on our next visit in a few months!

The rooms might be considered a bit small, but otherwise clean and nicely furnished.

Comfortable stay , clean , good food but could be a lil better, very courteous restaurant staff and the manager , very supportive HK and maintenance staff at anytime including the team at reception.

Located beside the Santa Cruz Domestic Airport, The Orchid Hotel offers rooms with cable TV. The location is close to domestic airport but you don't hear any noise which is very good. The staff is courteous. The breakfast options are very good. I really enjoyed the south indian breakfast which was very delicious. I will stay here again.
