The food at Anand Kashi is a beautiful celebration of flavors — wholesome, fresh, and full of character. Each dish was prepared with such finesse and love that dining here became an experience in itself. From the nourishing breakfasts overlooking the river to the beautifully curated dinners inspired by regional traditions, every meal felt special. What impressed us most was the thoughtful attention to detail — fresh ingredients, balanced flavors, and the staff’s willingness to customize dishes to our preferences. The dining spaces, both indoor and alfresco, added to the charm, allowing us to savor not only the food but the ambiance and views as well.

This property is located on the banks of the Ganges River in Rishikesh. It is hard to keep this concise but I would highlight the location of the hotel, the fact it has a private Ghatt and Arti each morning and evening; but perhaps most impressively the food is absolutely amazing. If you stay here not only will you have a comfortably lovely room but you will be happy each morning and evening with the tastes and flavours of the buffets. I highly recommend this hotel for all traveller.
