Property has a great location, you will get to the main attractions by 20-30 min walk. Nerby there are supermarkets - carrefour and esselunga.
The apartment is clean and new, bed is very comfy.
In the kitchen you will find all necessary equipment for cooking.
WiFi was working well, no issues at all.
Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Additionally there is a possibility to park a car in the outdoor parking or garage.
In overall I would definitely recommend this place, we stayed for 4 nights and very pleasantly surprised.

Very nice hotel. Perfect location and very welcoming stuff. We were traveling with our two French bulldogs and they were very kind both to us and our pets. Very good rooms and breakfast. At the top there is a roof top with an amazing view. We can highly recommend.

The staff was extremely accommodating. They left nothing to chance in ensuring that my family’s comfort was an absolute maximum. I really liked that the hotel had a home-like feel. The staff remembered our entire breakfast preferences offhand immediately and were able to see to any of our needs. The location is away from the bustle but very close to all the sights and also has some very nice restaurants nearby.

We stayed 4 nights in a hotel and everything was perfect. It is just a few steps away from many attractions in the city center. It was easy to check in - and check out. The room and lobby look wonderful with authentic style. Wifi worked well and breakfast was good as well. We would come again.

Hotel is located in the heart of Florence, closed to everything you need to see, good size clean room with very comfortable bed. The breakfast was great with good variety of food options, special compliment for coffee. The bar on 5th floor has a spectacular view and nice warm atmosphere, very friendly staff

We had a very easy and fast check-in. The boutique hotel really has a unique, warm and Italian style and the host was very friendly. The open bar in the lobby is a lovely addition and our room had a beautiful view over the river and Florence. We would definitely stay here again!

The Villa is absolutely stunning and impeccably maintained. Its location in the hills gives you gorgeous views from all sides and the interior architecture, decor and historical artifacts are beautiful. It felt like a private residence most of the time because it wasn't so busy which was very nice. The staff were all so lovely, professional and very helpful.
