Best hotel we stayed in during our trip to Italy. Location was excellent: walking distance to most sites and there are multiple bus stops in front of the hotel to take you to those further away. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Beds were comfortable. The breakfast had lots of variety and the freshly squeezed orange juice was the best I've ever had. We also enjoyed the daily happy hour with complimentary drinks and snacks.

We were extremely happy with this property. We were given an upgrade on check in, which was an added bonus. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has numerous facilities including a laundry room which is very useful if you have been travelling for a long time. The roof top restaurant was delicious and great breakfast buffet.

Roman Residence is a brand-new inn near Rome Termini Railway and Metro Station. Rooms come with air conditioning and a private bathroom. There is free Wi-Fi internet.

It is a cosy nice and friendly residence, clean with very good location. Very frienly lady on a reception is always responsive and helping. Small room with all important furniture, very clean and fresh.

Everything was perfect. Great location close to dinner places. Breakfast was fantastic, in the garden setup. Staff very attentive. Upgraded room was superb too.

This is a very unique hotel. We had the Royal Suite/Loft, (4nights) what a great spot to connect with your SO. The service and mind blowing breakfast was stellar. If your even somewhat open minded you will really enjoy your stay. The great sound system with a iPad full of sensual music keeps the mood going. Everything is close with lots of shopping and good restaurants within a 5 min walk. We can’t wait to return
