Everything was simply exceptional. You simply feel extra comfortable and appreciated by everyone in this unique hote. The breakfast is 10 stars. I booked 3 nights and I missed the first one because my flight was cancelled. They keep my room for the remaining two nights and they didn't take city tax from me as compensation to what I loss in the first night. You know what also, I checked out at 4:00 a.m and they gave us our breakfast boxes when we checked out putting inside a full meal like as we are having them in the hotel. All the staff are cooperative especially Christine at the reception. She will guide you to all what you need and put all efforts to make you feel happy by providing all the assists to discover the city or what you need during your stay. Will stay in the same hotel whenever I come to Rome in the future.

The location is great as you are living in the city centre, all the famous places were in 5-10 min by walk. The breakfast is served in room with a great amount of choice. Big thanks to Faruq, who was all the time with us , he was very reachable, polite and always ready to help with anything. He made the stay at the hotel very pleasant . We highly recommend this residence for those who like good service , good location and quiet staying.

Across the road from Campo de' Fiori, Navona Queen Rooftop is in a 19th century building and offers a panoramic terrace with a hot tub overlooking Rome, Castel Sant'Angelo and the Gianicolo hill. You can walk to Piazza Navona in 5 minutes. The staff was super nice and friendly without exception. Matteo and his mom make sure you have a great stay and help with anything you need. The room was nice and comfortable, everything absolutely clean. The rooftop is amazing, you can have breakfast in the morning or a drink in the afternoon with a superb view to Rome.
