Perfect location, sparklingly clean rooms, great breakfasts but the staff really made the whole holiday extra special. They were kind, attentive, knowledgeable and so very friendly. I lost my bag with my passport in it and they were super understanding helping me get it back! I wish all hotel staff were so invested in their guests well-being. Really good hotel with a great staff and service. The check.in.process was the best I had in years. You would think it is only check in, but when all your questions are answered in 5 min without asking them, it means the staff is professional. The SPA was excellent, with a good atmosphere and welcoming staff. The food was excellent, mainly the dinner. The live music on Friday was excellent and really enjoyable.
