Very nice hotel. Perfect location and very welcoming stuff. We were traveling with our two French bulldogs and they were very kind both to us and our pets. Very good rooms and breakfast. At the top there is a roof top with an amazing view. We can highly recommend.

what a lovely place! the staff was incredible. they gave us cookies and drinks upon our arrival. beds were made. sofa bed was out. heater worked. great bathroom. walking distance from historic town of lucca.

Everything!! From the staff who gave the best hospitality spirit I have seen in Europe specially a young gentleman in the reception called Bryan he helped us choosing the best restaurants in Florence as well as the landmarks all within one day and finishing with the taxi he was amazing amazing amazing! , also the room which was very clean and organised it’s simple yet you can still feel the Italian work done in interiors for real such an amazing place worth it !
