The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I was leaving very early in the morning (6:30am), so they insisted in making me a sandwich. My stay was part of my TMB, so I was there only for 14 hours. I hope to come back one day and spend a few extra days.

TL;DR - Perfect hotel, most amazing location with stunning view, super quiet, great room, comfortable bed, delicious food, awesome shuttle service to the center! The whole 10/10 experience we had- I contacted the hotel weeks before arrival ,since I planned on proposing to my partner on the Mont Blanc Trail. After 20 emails back-and-forth, with the most amazing service and patience, they helped me figure out what would be the perfect location to do so. And that's not all - they even treated us with wine, chocolates and fruits at the room once we got back!! And for the dinner that night they ordered the best table in their restaurant in the center. WOW. The way we got treated made this whole special experience even better. We felt that they really care about every hour that we spend around, that it would be perfect for us. They helped us figure out how to get to every place we wanted, and the shuttle even made it much easier. Can't wait to come back!!!!
