The location couldn’t be better, just a few steps from Petra’s main gate. The hotel is clean, well maintained and comfortable, with a great rooftop and convenient parking. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, especially Abdullah at the front desk, who was always helpful, polite and genuinely caring during my stay. He made everything feel easier and more pleasant from check-in onward.

Everything! We were met on arrival by super friendly staff, although the car park is small it is secure and there is a guard on the gate.
We were upgraded free of charge and the room was just lovely. Huge bed, great facilities, impecably helpful staff.
The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, the cave bar was quirky and had a friendly cat :)
Right at the entrance to Petra.
We couldn't have asked for more and will be back!

Everything was amazing! A beautiful boutique hotel very close to the entrance of Petra, the staff and managers were very helpful. We had dinner at the restaurant the food was very nice and the service was exceptional!@ i would recommend for anyone to stay there great hotel!!

Despite the hotel’s location amazing breakfast and all other good sides of it the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel has a very unique design and our room was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it to anyone I know.

Heating in the room which was a bonus as cool at night. Room was clean and the hotel was unique in the design compared to other hotels. Staff were friendly and the buffet was very good.
